o If you are part of a team and are all paying separately, please list team members in the notes section in your cart before checkout (up to three).
o A team can easily be assigned for you if you are coming in on your own!

We want to THANK YOU for being part of our 10th Anniversary Event, and are providing a complimentary invite to our CANCER CANKNOT APPRECIATION DINNER
The Event will be held at VERMONT NATIONAL COUNTRY CLUB on Saturday, June 13th from 6:00pm to 9:30pm as a thank you for your support over the years and those to come.
*Additional Guest Appreciation Dinner Tickets are available for purchase as well for other loved ones and supporters to attend and be there at the celebration with all of us well.
